GSS Group opened up a new platform in Ateca (Saragossa) last may. It is equipped with more than 200 seats and the idea is that by October it already has 220 agents working there (supervisors excluded), which will eventually add up to at least 300 people working in this new location.


This platform will offer services such as customer care, repayments, telesales, phone marketing and data base management, among others.
