"Gold Award for the Third Consecutive Year."

Clients award the customer care services of GSS Group. 



GSS obtained the Gold Strategies Award to the best contact center and CRM company by vote of the readers, for the third year on a row.

This prize was awarded by the vote of the readers of the magazine Strategies, which counts on more than 500 marketing and communication directors, who usually are the most appropriate to value the efficiency of the CRM services provided by GSS Group.

The award acknowledges the services of the best contact center companies for large companies and it has the added value to have been received by GSS for the third consecutive year.

The Strategies award, which acknowledge the best marketing and communication actions in each of its specialties, were delivered on February 23rd in Madrid, with more than 200 guests of the most prestigious companies of marketing and communications. The magazine Strategies celebrates this year its 20th anniversary and the company shared this moment with the attendees to the gala dinner.

GSS Group has been awarded just two months ago with other two Gold CRC Awards delivered by the AEECC (Spanish Contact Center association), IZO and IFAES, for the Best Operation of Debt Collection and a Special Award for the Management of Human Resources.

GSS has receveived more than 20 awards since it was founded, for the outstanding  management of human resources, most efficient sales campaigns, help desk services, quality, information services, field marketing, or simply, as the best contact center company.
